Quantization

The rate is the pin divided by the circulating supply. It is recomputed every second from the supply returned by the chain, and every fill below is quantized at the rate current when this page computed it, not at the rate current when the fill happened. The difference between the two is small and is noted here so that nobody mistakes this table for the program's own record.

A fill's zats are the amount multiplied by the rate, rounded down. Its dust is what the rounding removed. The sum of dust over the fills this page has fetched is shown as dust burned on the front page; the caption under the table repeats that it is computed over the fills this page has fetched.

rate        = 100000000 / supply
zats(fill)  = floor(amount × rate)
dust(fill)  = amount × rate − zats(fill)
